This motel is a most unique place: I have stayed here several times and will continue to choose this place. The owners and staff have treated me like family and quickly addressed any issues I've had. The manager, Ann, is the most hard working employee, is very knowledgeable and takes pride in her work..... maintenance staff does the same. Happy employees come from a happy work environment and a place like that will always be my first choice!!!
It's cheap some amenities aren't available.The rooms are at least clean I've yet to see any pests anywhere.This place is clean ,and the staff are fair if you keep it real with them.They have done alot of cosmetic work on the place recently.Its looking good ,and its clean Pay on time be honest and youll be fine.

I had no idea who to contact when our office got locked out. I was stuck and in need of help right away. I was given this locksmith's name by our security officer. The customer service was excellent when I contacted them. The customer care representatives were knowledgeable and supportive. My issue could be resolved right away.
This Place is So Awesome its Got Custom Denver Infamous Floors That Have You Walking On Stars!!!!! The Staff Was Almost Like Family And Understanding. She Handles Pressure And Kept It Cool. This Is One Of Very Few Motels That Has A Privacy Room Along With Kitchen. Prices Where Workable. Location Is Pn Denvers Famous Broadway Blvd Close To Bars Venues Head Shops And Everything else Denvers KnxGhtLxfe Has To Offer

From the last time I stayed here almost a year ago, it is a whole new place. Rooms are updated and a noticeable deep clean. Manager is friendly and is always around if I needed anything. They even deliver free food at times.
the manager lady there was a great help! I had to check in before 12:00 and I got there at exactly 12:00. call the manager and she stopped everything she was doing to come help me check into my room!! awesome!!
I'm giving this place five stars because the owners are awesome and the manager/maintenance guy is legit. Not the cleanest place...and some shady people come along...but it's still run well and pretty affordable.
Decent room sizes, bed is comfy, not enough pillows though. The heater and AC both worked very well during the different seasons I've visited this place. I mainly used the motel for a quick and easy room booking with only a 10$ security deposit that you get back once you turn in your keys, and convenient location for a relaxed getaway for me and my boyfriend. And there's no bedbugs or roaches that I've seen or had to deal with:-)
